Palmara Studio is a design-led architecture practice founded by Parama Suteja, a Harvard-trained Architectural Designer and Developer. Our work is grounded in clarity, ambition, and the belief that architecture should enrich daily life with beauty, function, and emotional warmth.
We combine global design sensibilities with Indonesian heritage to create spaces that feel contemporary, calm, and enduring.
Meet the Partners
Parama Suteja
M.Arch, Founding Partner & Principal
Parama is a designer with a strong foundation in architecture, landscape, and urban development. He earned his Master of Architecture from the Harvard Graduate School of Design (GSD), focusing on Architecture, Landscape, and Real Estate, with a Dean’s Merit Full-Tuition Scholarship.
He completed his Bachelor of Arts in Architecture at the University of California, Berkeley, graduating with High Honors and a minor in the History and Theory of Landscape Architecture & Environmental Planning. During his time at Berkeley, he received the Eisner Prize (2018), the university’s highest recognition for creative achievement in architecture.
Parama has worked with leading design practices across New York, San Francisco, Boston, and Tokyo, including Shigeru Ban Architects, Bohlin Cywinski Jackson (BCJ), IwamotoScott Architecture, Hart Howerton, and SmithGroup, gaining broad experience in diverse cultural and urban contexts.
Jeremy Christopher
B.Arch, Director of Operations & Project Architect
Jeremy Christopher is an architect with a strong focus on architecture, design development, and architectural visualization. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Universitas Ciputra, graduating cum laude, achieving the highest Final Project score in his graduating class, and receiving the “National & Global Impact” award plaque at his graduation.
During his academic journey, he was awarded Best Presenter in the Architecture Category at the Seminar Nasional Desain Sosial (SNDS) 2021 and Best Presenter of IABI & Studium Generale 2021, reflecting his strength in design thinking, presentation, and architectural communication.
With over two years of professional experience as a Senior Architect and Team Leader, Jeremy has led and coordinated residential and property development projects from early concept design through detailed technical execution. His expertise in 3D architectural visualization plays a key role in translating design intent into clear, compelling visuals that support design decisions and effective collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
